How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 business hours, then delivered in 3 to 5 business days (7 to 12 for international orders).
Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your parcel is already being prepared.
How do returns work?

You have 30 days to return an unused item in its original packaging. Send us a message and we will email you the instructions.
